Meera Varma is a TEDx Speaker and Mental Health Activist with 10+ years of experience, focusing on suicide prevention through health policy and facilitating conversations on an interpersonal level. 

Meera's activism has brought her to work with influential figures including Oprah, President Biden, Dr. Jill Biden, Vice President Harris, Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy, Shawn Mendes, and Selena Gomez.

She has worked with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Vibrant Emotional Health, Active Minds, Didi Hirsch, The Shawn Mendes Foundation, Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation, and Selena Gomez's Rare Beauty, sharing her perspective to address the youth mental health crisis. 

Meera received her B.A. in Psychology from UCLA and is currently in her master's program at UCLA, obtaining a Master's in Public Health (MPH) and a Master's in Social Welfare (MSW), concentrating in health policy.
